Last Year I co-wrote a business and marketing book for Entrepreneurs with a multi-millionaire business owner.  It contained a proven system for getting more customers into local businesses.  I have gone on to adapt this sytem for the recruitment of foster carers in Local Authorities.  I tested it in a large North West Authority and the results were amazing.  This is not a book, but a whole system of tools and strategies, that if followed and resourced correctly will enable Local Authorities to recruit foster carers almost at will!  It is a 12 to 18 month programme that will increase fostering recruitment, reduce external budget spend and enable Local Authorities to meet their Sufficiency Duties.

Once The Fostering Channel is established, we are planning to develop a similar streaming TV channel for Adoption.  

The aim of the Adoption Channel will be similar to the Fostering Channel; to raise the profile of adoption, and to enable Local Authorities to have their own sub-channel to promote their local adoption services and their Regional Adoption Agency. 

Local Authorities will be able to include Myth Busting,  promote support services, deliver training and signpost parents and adopters to other resources.
